NET Information Page

Nets held on our repeater system:

Northville Net - This net will meet on our linked repeater system every Monday night at 7:30 PM (ET). This net is a semi informal extension of our regular monthly meetings which happen on the first Monday of the month. This net does not meet on the Monday that we have our meetings. All amateur Radio operators are welcome to join us even if you are not a member of our club. We are also available on Echolink node #1124.

A.R.E.S. Area 5 - Amateur Radio Emergency Services / Office of Emergency Management area 5. This net meets at 19:30 (7:30 PM) local time every Wednesday on our repeater system as well as on the KB1AEV linked repeater system. The purpose of this NET is to provide A.R.E.S. related training and information to the amateur radio operators in the area. There is sometimes training exercises conducted during the net, please check in. We need your support!

A.R.E.S. "Officials" Net - This nets happens every Sunday (except the first Sunday of the month). The net starts at about 20:00 (8:00 PM) local time and is hosted on the linked system (NA1RA, KB1AEV, K1SOX, and more). The purpose of this net is to pass information among the A.R.E.S. leadership, all A.R.E.S. members are welcome to check in to the net.

T.I.P.S. NET - (CANCELLED, pending review)"Training Information & Public Service". This net meets at 19:30 (7:30 PM) Local time every Tuesday. This net is held also on the KB1AEV linked system as well as other repeaters in the area. The purpose of this net is to enhance the amateur radio hobby through training and discussion on various topics. You can get the latest information regarding this net here.

If you would like to host a NET of any type on our repeater system, please consult a control operator so that we may approve your request. Current controls ops are WJ1D and N1UIH (you can find the e-mail addresses on the members page). Any club member can also forward the request to us.
